• If your organization registered for the Conference in 2009, please use that existing login and password. If you have forgotten your login information, contact us at midwestartsconference@artsmidwest.org.

Note: If you have used eGrant to apply for a grant from Arts Midwest or other organizations, you will NOT be able to use any of those pre-existing logins to access our Conference registration. You will need to create a new, unique login the first time you visit the Conference registration eGrant.
